Our Mission

We deliver the best products from our ranch to your tables. Our locally-raised beef is hormone-free, grass-fed, and grain-finished, tender and flavorful cuts, from pasture to plate.

Our Vision

We believe locally sourced food tastes better, is better for your health, and supports a more sustainable, ethical way of raising cattle. Our goal is to bring fresh, local beef back to communities across Arizona.

Our Journey

2014

The Beginning

Arlington Cattle Company is founded as a family-owned ranch at its original historical location in Arlington, Arizona.

2019

A Move to Buckeye

We relocate our operation to Buckeye, AZ to expand our herd and capacity.

2022

The Butcher Shop Opens

Our downtown Buckeye butcher shop opens on January 29, marking our entry into direct retail and online sales across Arizona.

How We Raise Our Beef

Raised on Pasture

Our cattle are raised locally in Buckeye and grass-fed throughout their lives, then grain-finished for the final 3.5–4 months.

Clean Standards

No hormones, vaccines, or GMOs. Ever. We keep things clean and safe for both our cattle and our staff.

USDA Inspected

Cattle are processed in Hermosillo, Mexico, hung for six days, then packaged as boneless blocks and returned to Buckeye for USDA-inspected butchering.

Ranch Manager

Josh Peterson

As Ranch Manager, Josh has played a crucial role in growing Arlington Cattle Company, from our roots in Arlington to our expanded operation in Buckeye and the opening of our downtown butcher shop.
